The property offers a modern and functional layout with all necessary amenities and easy access to services. Layout: Ground floor: Open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). Access to a small patio with outdoor seating. Guest toilet. First floor: Master suite with large built-in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower. Access to an interior patio with laundry area (washing machine and dryer). Second floor: One double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower. Third floor: Multi-purpose room with sofa bed, ideal for working or relaxing, with access to a spacious terrace with dining table and open views over the city. The house is equipped with ducted air conditioning and heating. This rental is for temporary stays only, with a valid reason (work assignment, medical treatment, relocation, etc.). Tourist use is not permitted. A few days before arrival, a rental contract will be signed directly with the property. In accordance with current Catalan regulations, it is mandatory to provide a security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent. This deposit will be registered with INCASÒL and refunded within 30 days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred to the property.
